SUMMARY:
Administrative Process Act. Provides that, notwithstanding any other provision of basic law of an agency, the procedures and standards for judicial review shall be governed by the Administrative Process Act as consistent with applicable federal law. The bill also adds “party” and “aggrieved” to the definitional section of the APA.
