SUMMARY:

Board for Contractors; Class C licenses; tradesman certification. Removes the prohibition against being licensed as a Class C contractor for electrical, plumbing and heating, and ventilation and air-conditioning contractors. The bill also keeps the limited examination waiver open until July 1, 1998, for tradesman certification.
