SUMMARY:
Conflicts of interests; prohibited contracts by officers and employees of state government. Amends one exception to the general prohibitions. The exception allows two members of an immediate family to be employed by the same state institution of higher education subject to certain conditions. The amendment will allow one member of the same family to be in a supervisory relationship to the other member of the family so long as he does not have sole authority to evaluate or make personnel decisions concerning the other family member.
