SUMMARY:

Distribution of ward's estate. Allows a fiduciary to distribute the estate of a deceased ward whose competence or capacity had not been restored to the surviving spouse or distributees of the ward provided the estate does not exceed $5,000; 60 days have passed since the ward's death; no one has qualified nor is anyone expected to qualify; and the distribution is noted in the fiduciary's final accounting.
