SUMMARY:

Duties of the Virginia Small Business Financing Authority. Changes the administration of the Private Activity Bonds program in Title 15.1 from the Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) and its Board to the Virginia Small Business Financing Authority. The bill also changes the administration of the Virginia Economic Development Revolving Fund in Title 59.1 from HCD to the Authority, with oversight by the Virginia Department of Economic Development. The bill also contains technical amendments.
