SUMMARY:
Divorce; mandatory counseling. Authorizes the court to require the parties to divorce to attend educational or informational sessions on the effects of divorce on children. Statements made by either party during the programs are not to be used as evidence in any subsequent proceeding. The parties are to pay any costs of the program, up to $50.
