SUMMARY:

Advertising of public meetings for plans, ordinances, etc., involving land use. Provides that an applicant for any approval required of a government official or entity for plans, change in law, etc., may request a meeting with the official or entity, which meeting shall not unreasonably be denied, to discuss issues prior to publication of the meeting notice.
