SUMMARY:
Disclosure of arrest and disposition in delinquency cases; disciplinary authority of school boards; record of arrests, adjudications or corrections; scholastic records. Authorizes disclosure of juvenile arrests and dispositions to division superintendents, clarifies the school records requirements, authorizes school boards to place arrested students in alternative placements, and confirms that school boards have sole authority to place students in alternative education placements.
