SUMMARY:

Nursing facilities. Gives nursing facility residents the right to bring a civil action for injunctive and declaratory relief of any violation of 42 U.S.C. 1396r, subsection (c) requirements relating to resident's rights under the medical assistance portion of the Social Security Act.
