SUMMARY:
State long-term care ombudsman program. Provides that civil penalties for the violation of statutes and regulations pertaining to the Board of Nursing Home Administrators will be deposited to the state treasury to the credit of the Department for the Aging for use in the ombudsman program. All other civil monetary penalties for violations of statutes and regulations pertaining to health regulatory boards are deposited in the Literary Fund.
