SUMMARY:
Real Estate Board; licensing exceptions. Clarifies that auctioneers licensed by the Auctioneer Board do not need to be licensed by the Real Estate Board when selling real estate at public auction when employed for such purpose by the owner of the real estate. The bill also contains a technical amendment.
