SUMMARY:

Contracts; indemnification. Provides that any contract to which a public body is a party relating to the planning or design of a building, structure, etc., entered into on or after July 1, 1995, by which the architect or professional engineer on the project purports to indemnify another party to the contract against liability for personal injury or property damage caused by the negligence of such other party, his agents or employees, is against public policy, void, and unenforceable.
