SUMMARY:

Sales tax exemption; nonprofit civic and community service. Provides a sales and use tax exemption from July 1, 1995, through June 30, 1998, for tangible personal property purchased by a nonprofit organization which sells donated clothing, accessories, and children's toys for the purpose of providing child-care scholarships for needy families. Incorporated in House Bill 1459.
