Real Estate Board; continuing education requirements. Apportions the eight classroom or correspondence hours required for continuing education for real estate licensees between fair housing law and recent developments in federal, state and local real estate law. The bill also includes real estate professional associations or related entities among the types of entities which may offer required continuing education courses.
