SUMMARY:
Virginia Human Rights Act; employment discrimination. Amends the Virginia Human Rights Act to establish the Virginia Human Rights Council as the state venue for redressing employment discrimination claims. The proposed amendments to the Act establish procedures for presenting such claims to the Council for administrative determination.
