SUMMARY:
Capital murder. Expands the definition of capital murder to include intentional killing or counseling, commanding, inducing, procuring or otherwise causing an intentional killing (i) in conjunction with a Schedule I or II controlled substance violation or (ii) if the victim is a federal, state or local law enforcement officer and the killing is done to avoid capture or punishment for any felony drug offense.
