SUMMARY:

Civil procedure; lien against person whose negligence causes injury. Allows pharmacies the same lien ($300) given to a doctor, nurse or physical therapist against any recovery from a tortfeasor who negligently injured a person who then receives medical treatment or--in the case of a pharmacy--medicine.
