SUMMARY:
Voter registration; mail registration. Allows any person to request a voter registration application form by mail, by telephone, in person, or through another person. Completed applications may be returned by mail, in person, or through another person. The bill provides for registration by mail. Following the amendment of the Constitution, effective January 1, 1995, there is no longer a constitutional requirement that persons must apply in person to register to vote.
