SUMMARY:
Secretary of the Commonwealth. Requires the Secretary of the Commonwealth to report to the General Assembly, by December 1 of each year, the number of all persons appointed to any state board, commission, agency or authority, categorized by race, gender and national origin. The bill provides that such information shall be confidential and exempt from FOIA. The bill has a delayed effective date of January 1, 1998.
