SUMMARY:
Witness protection programs. Expands the existing statute authorizing the State Police to establish a witness protection program in order to provide more guidance to the State Police in promulgating the regulations which will govern the program.
The bill is recommended by the Joint Subcommittee Studying Witness and Juror Protection.
