SUMMARY:

Administrative Process Act; exemptions. Exempts, to the extent necessary to comply with the federal Clean Air Act and Clean Water Act, decisions of the State Air Pollution Control Board, the State Water Control Board and the Department of Environmental Quality from the informal fact-finding conference and formal hearing provisions of the Administrative Process Act that deem certain decisions to be made by default.
