SUMMARY:
Personal property taxes. Reduces from $100 to $50 the minimum amount of personal property tax that must be owned on a vehicle before, pursuant to an agreement between the locality to whom the tax is owned and DMV, state registration or registration renewal of the vehicle may be denied until the tax is paid.
