SUMMARY:
Jail for DUI offenses. Mandates the following jail confinements for DUI offenses with high blood alcohol readings:
1. First DUI offense with blood alcohol level of 0.20 through 0.25 -- five days.
2. First DUI offense with blood alcohol level of more than 0.25 -- 10 days.
3. Any second or subsequent DUI offense with blood alcohol level of 0.20 through 0.25 -- 10 days.
4. Any second or subsequent DUI offense with blood alcohol level of more than 0.25 -- 20 days.
