SUMMARY:

Youth and Family Services. Allows the Department of Youth and Family Services to acquire, with the prior approval of the Governor, real property necessary for the operation of the Department. When the Department was separated out of the Department of Corrections, the power to acquire property for these purposes was inadvertently omitted.
