SUMMARY:

Accident and sickness insurance; small market provisions; preexisting conditions. Prohibits, on and after July 1, 1996, the use of preexisting conditions provisions in health care coverage policies, contracts, and plans subject to the provisions of the Small Employer Market Provisions article in the insurance title (38.2).
