SUMMARY:
Fire insurance; termination of insurance. Prohibits insurers or agents from refusing to renew a fire insurance policy written to insure an owner-occupied dwelling, solely because of two or fewer claims relating to fire damage to the insured dwelling, where none of the damage was caused by the named insured.
