SUMMARY:
Secretary of Public Safety. Requests the Secretary of Public Safety to annually publish a list of localities which have acquired aircraft through forfeiture procedures and to develop a program for encouraging the use of such aircraft for law-enforcement purposes. The list is to contain a description of such aircraft.
