SUMMARY:
Certain arrestees rebuttably presumed to be dangerous. Provides that any person taken into custody for a crime against a person who is already out on bail or probation or parole for such a crime is rebuttably presumed to be a danger to himself or to the public. Under such circumstances, the arrestee is not eligible for bail pending trial on the offense.
