SUMMARY:

Filings received by clerk of court. Allows clerks of circuit court to collect a $13 fee for the filing of plat sheets too large to file in the deed books. The bill restores general district court fees of $50 for certain misdemeanor convictions, and $100 per case for any forensic laboratory analysis in certain cases.
