SUMMARY:
Professions and occupations; registration of dealers in firearms. Requires all dealers in firearms, including vendors at firearms shows, to register with the State Police. The bill (i) authorizes the Superintendent of State Police to promulgate regulations relating to such registration, (ii) provides for revocation of the registration under certain circumstances, and (iii) also contains technical amendments.
