SUMMARY:
Pulmonary committee for black lung claims. Requires the Workers' Compensation Commission to appoint a committee of qualified physicians, at the request of any party to a claim for coal worker's pneumoconiosis, to interpret x-ray evidence. Under the bill, if the party requesting the committee's interpretation of the x-ray evidence agrees to accept it as the binding classification, the costs of the evaluation shall be borne by the Commission.
