SUMMARY:
Virginia Real Estate Transaction Recovery Fund. Authorizes the Real Estate Board to allow a claim by a regulant or his personal representative if, in the opinion of the Board, the regulant did not engage in improper or dishonest conduct in the transaction which gave rise to the claim. Currently, regulants and their personal representatives are barred from being claimants under the Real Estate Transaction Recovery Fund.
