SUMMARY:
Purchase and dispensing of controlled substances by WAMAC. Authorizes the Williamsburg Area Medical Assistance Corporation (WAMAC) to purchase controlled substances pursuant to the regulations of the Department of General Services, upon approval of the contractor, and to dispense such drugs pursuant to the regulations of the Board of Pharmacy. The bill also authorizes WAMAC to accept the volunteer services of health providers and to apply for, accept or expend gifts or donations from public or private sources.
