SUMMARY:

Board of Housing and Community Development; membership. Provides that of the 11 members representing each congressional district in the Commonwealth, three shall be contractors from each of the examined specialties of plumbing, heating and cooling, and electrical, and one shall be a trades inspector. A governor's amendment provides that this bill shall not become effective until 7/01/96.
