SUMMARY:

Sexual assaults. Creates a life sentence penalty without probation or suspension of sentence for designated (i) sexual assault offenses, (ii) crimes against nature and (iii) sexual crimes against children. Also, the penalty for a number of these crimes is increased from a Class 6 to a Class 4 felony.
