SUMMARY:

Tangier Island. Exempts the Town of Tangier from Title 46.2 (Motor Vehicles) and allows the town council to adopt ordinances paralleling Title 46.2 instead. This bill is the same as House Bill No. 346 of 1994, which passed with a reenactment clause attached.
