SUMMARY:

Property Owners' Association Act. Clarifies that the disclosure requirements apply only to a person buying a lot for his residence, and provides that a statement in the sales contract that the purchaser is not purchasing the lot for residential purposes shall be conclusive and may be relied upon by the seller of the lot.
