SUMMARY:
Alcoholic beverage control; regulations of the Board. Prohibits the ABC Board from limiting the number of events held in a calendar year on premises owned by licensed clubs which lease such premises to other organizations or associations and such organizations or associations obtain a banquet or banquet special events license from the ABC Board.
