SUMMARY:

Securities Act; exemptions from registration. Authorizes the State Corporation Commission to create, by rule, a limited offering exemption from the registration requirements of the Securities Act for an agent of an issuer who receives no sales commission directly or indirectly for offering or selling the securities.
