SUMMARY:
Aggravated malicious wounding. Creates a new classification of aggravated malicious wounding, punishable as a Class 2 felony, where the defendant caused serious injury and the victim suffered an involuntary termination of a pregnancy which was known to or should have been known to the defendant.
