SUMMARY:
State Lottery Fund; allocation of revenues. Requires allocation of gross lottery revenues as follows: (i) forty percent returned to the Commonwealth as net revenues; (ii) five percent paid as compensation to licensed lottery agents; (iii) forty-five percent disbursed as prizes; and (iv) an amount not to exceed 10 percent to fund the operation and administration expenses of the lottery. The 40 percent returned to the Commonwealth must be used for education, transportation, environmental projects and joint regional projects.
