SUMMARY:
Juvenile records; exception to confidentiality. Requires the court to make available the name and address of a juvenile charged with a Class 1, 2 or 3 felony, forcible rape, robbery or burglary upon petition of any person made any time before or after final disposition of the case. If the juvenile is found “guilty” of an offense other than one of the specified violent felonies and the petition requesting otherwise confidential information is filed after the disposition, the court must deny the petition.
