SUMMARY:

Nonresident fiduciaries. Allows a nonresident family member to act as a fiduciary for the estate of a person adjudged incompetent or incapacitated. This change will avoid the necessity of appointing the local sheriff the fiduciary of last resort when a willing and suitable resident Virginian cannot be found.
