SUMMARY:
Disabled bow hunters. Requires the Department of Game and Inland Fisheries to promulgate regulations that allow disabled bow hunters, during special archery season, to hunt with a crossbow on property that they lease, or on private property, with the written permission of the landowner. Currently, such hunters may only hunt with a crossbow on their own property.
