Woodrow Wilson Bridge and Tunnel Compact. Establishes, by compact with Maryland and the District of Columbia, the National Capital Region Woodrow Wilson Bridge and Tunnel Authority for the purpose of purchasing the existing Woodrow Wilson Bridge and financing and operating a bridge or tunnel or both to replace or coexist with the existing Woodrow Wilson Bridge.
