SUMMARY:
Prohibition on hunting of native swan. Mandates that there shall be a continuously closed season on the hunting of native swan. Currently, the Board of Game and Inland Fisheries is charged with establishing seasons for hunting migratory game birds, including swans, in conformance with federal regulations. The bill includes a two-year sunset clause.
