SUMMARY:
Alcoholic beverage control; limitations on manufacturers. Removes the prohibition against the issuance of a retail license to an association whose member is an officer or director of a licensed manufacturer of alcoholic beverages. The bill also authorizes a manufacturer of malt beverages to obtain a banquet license for a special event under certain circumstances and limits the number of such licenses to no more than four per year for special events.
