SUMMARY:

Searches of persons in underground coal mines for smoking materials. Allows Department of Mines, Minerals and Energy personnel to search those who enter underground coal mines and their personal property for smoking materials. A notice that those entering the mine are subject to such a search must be posted at the mine site.
