SUMMARY:
Burley tobacco warehouses. Clarifies that burley tobacco stored or held in warehouses for auction is subject to the current maximum commissions of three percent or 25 cents per basket. The bill also prohibits a warehouse licensed by the federal government as a storage warehouse from holding a burley tobacco auction.
