SUMMARY:
Exemptions from licensure requirements for home care organizations. Exempts from the licensure requirements only those home care organizations which are located in Virginia and are certified, approved, accredited, or licensed pursuant to certain (i) federal and state laws and regulations governing Medicare and Medicaid, (ii) established standards for the accreditation of health organizations, and (iii) licensure requirements for the delivery of hospice services.
